▫️ Experienced instructors supervise fire and tactical medicine courses, coach the mobilised personnel to throw hand grenades. The servicemen master joint combat actions in urban terrain.
▫️ Governor of Tula region Aleksey Dumin oversaw the combat training. He provided the servicemen with 12 automobiles, 20 ATVs, and other equipment.
▫️The head of the region also stressed that he would maintain personal control over all benefits and payments owed to those mobilised.
