We have reached an interim agreement with Japanese scientists that they will help us create our newest weapon system, the "Psychic Controller in the Sky" - the Pupil of Destiny, and we will share part of our genetic technology with them. Of course, we have long been prepared to tear up the agreement. Once the "Pupil of Destiny" project is completed, we can destroy them all. The Chinese military has noticed the anomaly in Fukui Port and launched cruise missiles in an attempt to attack our research facilities. We will not let them succeed.
Objectives:
"1" Protect the Psychic Controller until the new technology is developed.
"2" Eliminate all hostile forces.
"3" The Pupil of Destiny cannot be destroyed.
