1 flax egg (1 tbs flaxmeal + 3 tbs water)
1 tbs molasses
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup + 2 tbs all purpose unbleached flour
3/4 cup rolled oats
1/8 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp Ceylon cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt

Creme filling:
1 stick of softened vegan butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup powdered sugar
1/2 tbs coconut cream
