ما ودعك ربك وما قلىٰ
(Neither did He say goodbye to you at all(prophet), nor did He hate at all)
In Arabic grammar, حرف عطف connects two sentences and it carries the same grammatical structures.
From that perspective, we expect the pronoun 'ك' in قلى, after the harf of atf' و as in ودعك.
But, Allah STW even doesn’t use the name of our prophet (here ك refers to the prophet Muhammad PBUH) after the word 'HATE'.
This shows the genteelness from Balagaah's perspective.
Again, from Balagaah's perspective, there is a term called 'القيد' that means restriction.
Let me explain: if I say, 'I ate,' here I didn’t mention anything about what I ate, right?
But, if I say, I ate chicken and vegetables, then I specified what I ate, by specifying I restricted the listener to what I ate, i.e. chicken and vegetables.
In this ayah, the 'Qayyid' is also used for ودَّعَكَ by mentioning 'ك' but after the word قلى (Hate), Allah STW didn’t use the 'Qayyid'. I mean He didn’t restrict hating to the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ
