A MAN has been arrested after horrifying footage appeared to show a suspect slashing at a victim in an “attempted beheading” in Belfast.

Officers were scrambled to Kinnaird Avenue in the north of the city at around 10.30pm yesterday after receiving reports of the knife attack.
