I gave Voodoo American stout a 3.77 out of 5 stars

I am a Big Craft beer fan, as many of you already know...
and when it comes to shopping in the Beer store, I'm a sucker for a good ol' American Stout!
As I was talking to a fellow Craft beer lover in my local Total Wine Store here in VA, we got to sharing our "likes and dislikes" and what we have and haven't tried, and long story short, he recommended that I try out VooDoo by Left Coast Brewing Company....
So, I obliged....and here is my Honest and Unbiased review...

This is a Very Easy Beer to drink and you'll probably want to Drink it Fast Anyways...

After fresh pour at about 40 degrees, VooDoo American Stout has some good flavors, that are different from the smell. Coffee is the dominant taste up front, followed by hints of chocolate, caramel and vanilla bean mid pallet and a slight malt roastiness on the back end.
Fairly thin for an American Stout, with almost No alcohol bite!

Overall, its a good tasting beer if you like a good coffee or chocolate stout beer, but Left Coast Brewing could have hidden a lot more bite behind all the flavor for my liking. Its Not as creamy as I like my Stouts to be and the flavor and carbonation Do not last long, so it may be a good thing that this beer is easy to drink, cause its only good for so long!
