Matt Goodwin is a professor of politics at the University of Kent, and his research and writing focuses on British politics, radical-right politics, and Euroscepticism. Matt has written for the Daily Mail, The Spectator, and The Daily Telegraph, and his publications include National Populism: The Revolt Against Liberal Democracy, and Values, Voice and Virtue: The New British Politics. He also serves on the advisory panel of the Free Speech Union, and has previously described ‘wokeism’ as a ‘pseudo-religion.’.
