आज की कहानी है
बॉलीवुड के चहेते अभिनेता गोविंदा,
एक्ट्रेस नीलम कोठारी,
और उस फैसले की…
जिसने तीन ज़िंदगियों की दिशा बदल दी।

फिल्मों में साथ काम करते-करते
गोविंदा और नीलम एक-दूसरे के क़रीब आ गए।
कहा जाता है कि ये सिर्फ़ दोस्ती नहीं थी,
बल्कि एक गहरा प्यार था…
इतना गहरा कि गोविंदा नीलम से शादी करना चाहते थे।
मीडिया रिपोर्ट्स के मुताबिक,
नीलम के प्यार में गोविंदा ने
एक बार अपनी मंगेतर सुनीता से सगाई तक तोड़ दी थी।
लेकिन…
हर प्यार को परिवार की मंज़ूरी नहीं मिलती।
गोविंदा की मां चाहती थीं
कि वे निर्देशक आनंद सिंह की साली,
यानी सुनीता से ही शादी करें।
और गोविंदा…
जो कभी मां की बात नहीं टालते थे,
उन्होंने अपने दिल की आवाज़ को पीछे छोड़ दिया।

मार्च 1987 में
गोविंदा ने चुपचाप सुनीता से शादी कर ली।
इतनी चुपचाप कि किसी को भनक तक नहीं लगी,
क्योंकि उन्हें डर था
कि कहीं शादी उनके करियर पर असर न डाल दे।
सच्चाई तब सामने आई
जब उनकी बेटी टीना का जन्म हुआ।
लेकिन कहानी यहीं खत्म नहीं होती…
1990 में दिए एक इंटरव्यू में
गोविंदा ने माना कि
शादी के बाद भी वो नीलम को भुला नहीं पाए।
उन्होंने नीलम के साथ कई फिल्में कीं
और चाहते थे कि नीलम सिर्फ़ उन्हीं के साथ स्क्रीन शेयर करें।

नीलम ने भी अपनी ज़िंदगी में आगे बढ़ने की कोशिश की।
पहली शादी टूटी…

और 2001 में उन्होंने एक्टिंग से दूरी बना ली।
फिर आया साल 2011
और एंट्री हुई समीर सोनी की…
पहली मुलाक़ात…
एक प्ले के दौरान।
नीलम ने तारीफ़ की,
समीर बिना जवाब दिए चले गए…
लेकिन उसी पल उन्हें एहसास हो गया था
कि नीलम कुछ खास हैं।
गलतफहमियाँ आईं,
कॉल्स मिस हुईं,
दूरी बढ़ी…
लेकिन एक मैसेज ने सब बदल दिया—
“क्या आप मुझ पर भरोसा नहीं करतीं कि मैं दोबारा कॉल करूँगा?”
और यहीं से शुरू हुई
एक सच्ची बातचीत…
एक सच्चा रिश्ता…
शादी से पहले
दोनों करीब 10 बार ब्रेकअप कर चुके थे,
लेकिन हर बार
गलतफहमियों को समझदारी से सुलझाया।
और आखिरकार…
24 जनवरी 2011 को
नीलम और समीर ने एक-दूसरे का हाथ थाम लिया।
आज,
जहां गोविंदा और नीलम की कहानी
एक अधूरी मोहब्बत बनकर रह गई,
वहीं नीलम और समीर की कहानी
सब्र, समझ और भरोसे की मिसाल बन गई।
