Video from the Saturday of the Junction Road Opening Weekend Gala. The stretch of line from Bodiam to Robertsbridge is being restored by the Rother Valley Railway in partnership with the Kent and East Sussex Railway who run the stretch between Bodiam and Tenterden Town. The first bit to open to the public runs from Bodiam for around a mile to the site of the former station at Junction Road. To mark the event trains ran top and tailed along the section behind Terrier no.3 'Bodiam' and Manning Wardel Class 0 no.14 'Charwelton' or Austerity no.23 'Holman F Stephens' and Pannier Tank no.1638. A DMU was also in action.
