The full inline process offers flexible loading options. You can choose between manual, semi-automatic, fully automatic, or robot-assisted loading. Material preparation is managed by a 200-liter pumping station and MPS, ensuring continuous and precise dispensing of polyurethanes, epoxies, or silicones. Accurate two-component potting is achieved through static mixing, with up to three individually controlled dispensing heads and optional electric width adjustment. All of this takes place at three workstations, each measuring 400 by 400 millimeters, within a single 1800 millimeter wide cell. Thermal processing is handled by the bdtronic Oven B4xx0 series, which features laminar flow and belt transport for consistent preheating and curing inline. Process control is ensured by inline camera inspection with an X-Y-axis scanner, providing reliable quality assurance and compatibility with all major camera brands.
