Описание: Ok, let's be honest. The Dutch cuisine isn't the greatest one, but we do have some delicious street food in the Netherlands. These mini pancakes are called Poffertjes. We usually eat them with butter or powdered sugar. With this recipe you can make roughly 60-70 poffertjes. Every now and then I randomly see a little Poffertjes stand somewhere abroad and that just makes me insanely happy. It feels like being temporary back in the Netherlands.
