Hello! Here are some tricks I teach regularly in my intermediate/advanced German wheel class at the Madison Circus Space (http://madisoncircusspace.com/) in Madison, WI. I hope you enjoy them!

A few notes:
• German wheel is more dangerous than it looks. ALWAYS use a spotter when learning.
• My form is far from perfect! I've tried my best to demonstrate good form in this video, but you should always work with a coach to develop better form. Good form keeps you safe!
