LIBERTY BREAKFAST SHOW - On Saturday, the Sierra Leone People’s Party (SLPP) Women’s Council held a meeting at their party office to appreciate President Bio’s commitment to promoting women’s rights. Although the meeting was scheduled to take place inside, the doors were closed, forcing the women to gather outside. Since then, tensions have been rising among party members and supporters. In this edition of the Breakfast Show, we ask whether the current executive can function effectively amid these growing tensions and factions within the party.
