I share parts of every workout and my thoughts on what works and what doesn’t. There are interruptions from dogs, kids, husbands, and cats, but I find a way to get it done. You can see every day’s workouts and my comments about the moves and how I feel about the experience.
This is a real-life attempt at the 21-Day Tone Challenge, a mom, a pet owner, a traveller… I attempt to complete the challenge while my life doesn’t stop. It’s not perfect, but I do each workout and cross them off the calendar. I am proud I was able to complete it. It is a beginner friendly workout plan.
