Описание: I skated the Footprint Ryan Decenzo shoes, or the DGS 3 shoes and.... Oof. I like how they are so far skating but am concerned at how quick they may blow out. We'll have to see about this one. I like how it seemed it would skate and it looked promising. From a healthy toe cap, from the suede, to the Rubber outsole looking and feeling SUPER sticky, to the outsole looking the same only... for it NOT to be. It was actually a little slick for me, maybe that's a me thing, but I was a day or 2 in to some new mob grip tape so it may be one of those shoes. It is not a slippery bad thing, but it is noticeable and not my cup of tea. It gets the job done, it moves under the feet with ease, but I rather all the way from a bit more grip, to the extreme of hardly being able to move my foot. I like that level of grip on my shoes and it usually assures me the shoe thread and outsole grip will last me longer hoping the shoe holds up too so I can actually cash in on it. Now the toe cap rubber may be the same, but that's fine because it makes for a perfect combo BUT to be clear that part does feel pretty sticky, or a normal level of stickiness. Again it was more so the outsole that does have a more noticeable slid to it just ever so slightly. I'm sure most of us at this point have had shoes like this and know what I mean, if not it does sound more alarming or abnormal. Now the outer rubber material or whatever that crap is on the toe cap did NOT seem to offer any real protection at all OR perhaps if it did, it is really weak and irrelevant ASSUMING; and I believe this to be the case, the suede is also weak so whatever barrier it offers even if meager does come into play and is needed. ALL Bad. NOW like I said, to be clear the suede seems to be hard to mess up nowadays with skate shoes and they did NOT appear to mess that up so that barrier again seems pointless overall and the suede as is, is PRISTINE taking little damage if any that is notable. Solid job right there. As for the impact protection I will have to see how that holds up but am trustworthy of FP with my limited experience BUT we will for sure have to see. It is a thin shoe, vulcanized, great flex out the box and took me little to no time to break-in. The outsole does feel a bit thin or concerning as in I can feel the ground ever so slightly which generally isn't the case for most shoes I skate, but some are like that. Again, pretty normal, but does concern me since I personally do not like that in a shoe and know after a week or so, let alone 2, it's gonna be pain even skating flat ground if I land a bit too heavy. Now with these they do have that built in impact protection so that hopefully is NOT the case with these if they even do again begin to get too mushy on the bottom to the point of feeling the ground for flat ground skating.

I had to get use to the flick on the kickflip just a bit, but that did not take long and is a me thing, more so than the shoe. It has a pretty normal toe cap, it is a bit more slim, and more slim for sure at the toe cap base/head. Wide feet go up a half size if you think that will work for you.
