New primordial helmet The butcher's crown + the new boots Army of skin = BIG damage increase for this build
No mana regen is bypassed by the node on sentinel tree Time and faith everytime you use rive you gain mana back
And also everytime you hit a mob you leech back to full HP

2x Red rings are used for tankiness and stats/res making them BIS for this build but you can replace them with 1x Siphon of anguish and Flames of Midnight rings

Evolution's end is the BIS amulet for this build but since i have not gotten it yet with 2LP im using nihilis which is kinda waste since we have perma frenzy from helmet

Apathy's Maw is the BIS weapon for the build giving you insane amount of void damage and also doom that you need for the Shattered Chains belt to get 25% more damage

Replacement for Immortal vise + Shattered worlds can be the Anchor relic + the weaver gloves Swaddling of the erased but quite RNG to get with melee attack speed

Build can kill uber abby in less than 1-2min if you have better gear and ofc cleanse affix on belt which will help you a lot in terms of damage

Build biggest downside in monos = Ranged mobs can 1shot you xdd also you are not very mobile but can use Darkstride boots for giga MS
