Описание:
To join a server using an IP in CS 1.6, you have to open console with the key you've bound for it (the default key is "`"), then type in connect and the IP of the server afterwards. Lastly, click Enter.
If the IP of the cs 1.6 server is 127.0.0.1, type in:
connect 127.0.0.1
Then click Enter.
