Requirements - Complete "Defeat all enemy officers at Mt. Jizo" mission, and defeat all enemy officers except for Nobutada Oda and No within 10 minutes.

In order to unlock this character's 4th weapon, you need to have completed their story mode at least once. When completing the state containing the 4th weapon, it must be completed on at least hard difficulty.
