The Canada Revenue Agency website was giving (Ref. code: COV-037) this morning. However, they updated Canadians. with the following messages below.

"We’re currently experiencing technical issues with applications for Recovery Benefits and are urgently working to fix it as quickly as possible. We appreciate your patience".-CRA
After an hour, they also posted this message on their website.

''The system issues we experienced earlier have been fixed. You can now apply for Canada’s Recovery Benefits. Thanks again for your patience"- CRA
