There’s something so special about fun-fold cards, and this one has quickly become a favourite of mine. The Pocket Accordion Card combines clever folds, a hidden pocket, and a pull-out tag—all dressed up in the stunning Painterly Pears Suite. Every little detail feels pear-fect!
I started with a Mossy Meadow base, added layers of that gorgeous Designer Series Paper, and then created a diagonal pocket inside that holds a sweet tag. On the front, clusters of pears and a bold white-embossed sentiment finish it off beautifully. And just wait until you see how it opens and folds together—it’s such a fun surprise for the person receiving it!
This project really shows how versatile the Painterly Pears papers and dies can be, and how easy it is to turn a card into something interactive and extra special.
