OLD FASHIONED TENNESSEE PEACH PUDDING! DATE NIGHT IN TENNESSEE!

Описание: Tonight for ore Destination Date Night we visited the Great State of Tennessee through their food and everything came out great for dinner I made Delicious Nashville Hot Turkey Legs, Cilantro-Lemon and Parsley Black Eyed Pea Salad, Sweet Potato Casserole, Copycat Simply Lemonade and for dessert this Yummy Tennessee Peach Pudding! It's an old fashion recipe and it starts out strange but ends up baking into a delicious peach cobbler type dessert! This recipe is a Small Batch recipe and will serve 6-8 people! Try this wonderful dessert on your next Date Night at Home!
Tennessee Peach Pudding Feeds 6-8 People
Batter
2 Cups Peaches (I used frozen) 1 Cup Flour 1/2 Cup Sugar 1/2 Cup Milk
2 tsp baking Powder 1/2 tsp Salt 1/2 tsp Cinnamon 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/8 tsp Nutmeg
Topping
1/2 Cup Brown Sugar 1/2 Cup Sugar 1 1/2 Tbsp Butter 1 1/2 Cups Water
1/4 tsp Nutmeg
In small sauce pan over medium to low heat add all topping ingredients and heat until all sugar and butter is melted set aside and prepare batter.
In mixing bowl add flour, sugar, milk, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg and vanilla extract and stir until well combined then add peaches and stir until peaches are spread throughout batter.
Butter your pan and pour in batter, next pour on prepared topping and place in oven Preheated to 350 Degrees bake 25-35 mins or until golden brown! Serve with ice cream or whipped topping for an even better dessert! Serve and ENJOY!!
