Rodrigo Duterte, the 74-year-old president of the Philippines was filmed riding his motorbike on the compound of the Malacañang presidential palace in a video shared on social media by Senator Christopher “Bong” Go, Duterte’s former assistant and close aide.
The leader later crashed hurt his hip and suffering scratches to his knees and elbows, but suffering 'no major injury,' senior aides have said.
