Completing the Brisbane Valley Rail Trail (BVRT) // Bike Touring Australia Ep. 71

Описание: On our third day on the BVRT we begin in Harlin, where the wonderful owners of the Harlin Hotel had hosted us in a canvas tent in the beer garden to help shelter us from the torrential rain.

We make a 50km detour to Kilcoy which is famous for a certain cryptid before getting back on the trail and spending the night at Linville, where we have a couple of beers and listen to some live music.

On our fourth and final day on the Brisbane Valley Rail Trail we finally make it to Yarraman and to possibly the best campsite of the trip so far.

D&B Cycling Australia is a video series documenting our time bicycle touring Australia; a bicycle tour led by our desire to seek out roadside attractions -- everything from the interesting and quirky, to the macabre and obscure.
We had initially planned on bike touring Australia as the first leg of an around the world bike tour, but the Covid-19 Pandemic that struck mid way through the trip forced us to change our plans and extend our Australian cycling adventure.
Thankfully Australia is a huge country with plenty to see, so we'll continue cycling around Australia until it's time to move on to the next adventure.
