When accepting a mission to deliver Covalex or Red Wind Linehaul cargo (I haven't tested missions from other corporations) and attempting to load it onto Hull-C, the indicator shows that unloading has begun and then stops at a random loading time, but the cargo never appears on Hull-C. This issue has been specifically identified at locations such as Orbituary and Magnus Gateway (and likely affects all other locations where Hull-C loading is available).
Steps to reproduce the issue:
1. Accept a mission to deliver cargo from Covalex or Red Wind Linehaul to a location where Hull-C can be loaded and unloaded.
2. Fly to this location and call LocationName - Cargo (Magnus Gateway - Cargo).
3. Fly to the loading zone.
4. Loading will begin, and the indicator will fill for a random amount of time, after which it will stop. The cargo will not be loaded onto the Hull-C.
