Cost of living: Noida is the clear winner here. The cost of living is very less and the RWAs are far better, greener & secure.

Job opportunities: Gurgaon is the clear winner here because of so many high paying job selection.

Roads: Noida is well planned & better. There is a scope for modification & upgradation of roads in Noida. Gurgaon is a complete mess.

Metro connectivity: Noida is way better. Every sector is within 15min of reach from the nearest Metro station.

Safety: Having seen protests in Delhi & Gurgaon recently & traveling at night, Noida is better & safer as PCRs are everywhere. Every road is well lit. Sectors are secure & well lit.

Infrastructure: For living, Noida has better infrastructure. Public toilets are readily available in Noida. Roads are broader. More greenery even inside sectors. Well maintained public parks. Better sewage & drainage.

Nightlife & malls: Gurgaon is better due to a vast variety of happening places. But with multiple new malls coming up, Noida is catching on with Gurgon really fast.

Liquor: Cheaper in Gurgaon, but with higher alcohol rates, you will find less drunk people in Noida & less “Jaanta hu mai aur mera baap kaun hai” type people. (To be fair neither of these cities are as safe as Chandigarh but for the past one year, Noida has improved leaps and bounds in this regards).

Traveling: Cheaper in Noida (sharing autos & better public transport). If you have a car, then Noida will still be cheaper due to least traffic congestion in the entire NCR region.(Delhi is worst in this regards & Gurgaon comes a close second after Delhi for traffic).

Airport: Right now nearer for Gurgaon but in the next 5 years after the completion of Jhewar Airport, Noida will be better. As it is already close to ISBT & Railways.

Return of investment in property: Better in Noida as the spaces are cheap for now & will give you a bare min of 3x improvement in the next 3–4 years.
