Shah zeera 1/2 tsp
Black pepper 1 tsp
GOSHT 1 Kg
Ginger garlic paste 2 tbs
Red chilli powder 2 tbs
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Salt as taste
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Curd 1 cup
Tomatoes 300 gm
Rice 1 kg = 4 cup
Water 7 cupsj
Coriander leaves 1 bunch
Mint leaves 1 bunch
Green chillies 6 to7
Garam masala powder 1/4 tsp
