Today's paper craft tutorial was inspired by one of my favorite books featuring black and white images of ladies Victorian era fashion. I will share how I add a bit of color to the images and age them for a look reminiscent of period fashion magazines, such as Godey's Lady Book and Ladies Home Journal. We will then use them as focal elements to decorate pretty journaling tags and cards. Get out all your pretty papers, and lace scraps for this fun and easy make!

• I am using book pages from the book Bridal Fashions Victorian Era by Hobby House Press Inc., but you can also find free and similar images online. • File Folder or Card Stock scraps for the base of our tags.
• Pretty papers for the background of the tags. Use what your have...book pages, sheet music, wallpaper, printable images (Graphics Fairy is a great source), printed scrapbook paper, coffee dyed paper...
• Collage Elements - Postage stamps, stickers, handmade labels and stamped images also make great collage elements, just to name a few.
