The Absolute Calibration (AbsCal) method uses guided wave energy conservation equations and signal amplitude measurements of reverberation signals in order to calculate the reflection coefficients accurately. This is patented method by Guided Ultrasonics Limited and available via the WavePro software in a GUL Screening system.
