Living with a lot of food noise can be mentally taxing to deal with on a daily basis. You may start to feel like food is all you can really think about - and often spend a long time figuring out what, when or how much to eat.
If you are anything like the women I work with, the thought of your food plans changing for the day brings up a lot of overwhelm and stress if it doesn’t go exactly as you planned for.
You may even identify as being a really “health conscious” person, researching and trying to find the perfect and best way to eat (yet still struggling with many health issues and anxiety around food).
If this hits home for you, you are definitely not alone as there is SO much food and diet noise out there that can make eating feel very complicated.
As a Registered Dietitian, I believe in showing you how to make nutrition more simple so you can achieve a lifelong, healthy & sustainable approach to eating that contributes you both your physical and mental well-being. Because the reality is, most of what you see on social media is further from what “health” truly looks like.
