Описание: Using the BD BBL™ DrySlide™ Oxidase test to determine whether the organism has cytochrome c oxidase, which oxidizes the reagent (N,N,N',N'-tetramethyl-p-phenylenediamine dihydrochloride) and turns it blue. Psuedomonas aeruginosa is oxidase positive. Bacteria without cytochrome c oxidase, such as E. coli, do not turn the slide blue.
