Selection Process: Phase-I Objective Online Test & Phase-II (GD, Writing Skills, and Interview).



❌ NO Negative Marking: Each question in the Phase-I test carries one mark with no penalty for wrong answers.


🚫 GATE Score NOT Required: Selection is based on CSL's own entrance exam.
