Wakefield Hunt danced by Gainesville English country dancers on December 16th, 2013. Called by Randy Thorp with live music by Hoggetowne Fancy.
Historically danced as a triple minor, but often adapted to a 3-couple set. We do it as a longways proper 3-couple set, 6/8 timing. The best date we can find is 1775, but we haven't located the source publication.
