nǐ yòu mǎi qúnzi le

You bought another one?

又(Did the action) again
yòu
又 expresses the repeating of an action.
But the action is already happened.

nǐ yòu mǎi qúnzi le
你又买裙子了？
You bought another one?

Which means you bought a lot of dresses before, and you did it again.


wǒ méiyǒu dōngtiān de qúnzi
我没有冬天的裙子。
I don’t have a dress for winter.

wǒ xiǎng xiàzhōu zài mǎi yìtiáo
我想下周再买一条。
I want to buy one more next week.

再
to repeat the action but in the future.

nǐ huán xìnyòng kǎ le ma

又 and 再 both express the repeating of an action.

But 又 means you did the action again already.

And 再means you are going to do the action again
in the future.
