We have found more evidence that the CDP battle between Composable and Packaged CDPs is not a real battle.
Neither solution is perfect.
And without organizational context — needs, goals, and priorities, as well as resources, culture, and philosophy — one isn’t automatically BETTER than the other, or cheaper than the other, or faster to implement than the other.
As a follow-up to last week’s trailer, in today’s episode, I was joined by Luke and Glenn, who have both worked with vendors from both camps and continue to do so.
Both Luke and Glenn also have a VERY GOOD UNDERSTANDING of what it takes for organizations to ACTIVATE DATA. (Luke was at MessageGears and is now at Snowflake, and Glenn runs Human37 where they implement CDPs of all shapes for companies of all sizes).
This is the first episode in our campaign, LET’S END THE CDP BATTLE.
We’ll be releasing several more over the coming weeks, hoping to clear the air and make the CDP space a little less divided.
