Seems the Muskingum County Jail build is moving along even after almost 17 inches of snow. Most of the work is going on inside at this point. I will continue to monitor and update as I see progress outside. I have gotten permission to film onsight at Pioneer Schools during non working hours..
I will coordinate a time to hopefully film inside as the progress along in the transformation of this great historical building :)
