This beer features freshly roasted coffee beans from Connect Roasters, a mission-minded coffee company serving Chicagoland and beyond. The coffee used is one that is bright and fruity, from the Guji region of Ethiopia, the East African country known as the birthplace of coffee. Our brewers and Connect Roasters’ @ihapp_1 set out to make a delicious patio beer that’s light, fruity, and roasty.
