This rosemary garlic compound butter is a simple way to take any meal from basic to gourmet. Made with just a few ingredients, it melts beautifully over hot steak, roasted potatoes, vegetables, or warm bread — adding rich flavor and aroma.
Ingredients:– 8 oz (226 g) unsalted butter, softened– 3–4 garlic cloves, minced– 2 tbsp fresh rosemary, finely chopped (or 2 tsp dried)– Pinch of salt (recommended)
How to make it:
1. Stir softened butter with garlic, rosemary, and salt until smooth.
2. Roll in parchment into a log; chill 30–45 min (or freeze 15 min) until firm.
3. Slice into rounds to serve. Refrigerate up to 2 weeks or freeze 2–3 months.
