Описание: Here is a highlight of last Sunday’s virtual ride-along with Jackson County Sheriff’s Office (JCSO) DUII Enforcement Deputy Jared McLennan. The video follows along as we patrolled Jackson County looking for alcohol and drug impaired drivers. During the ride-along, Dep. McLennan assisted with an elude, backed up other deputies, and arrested three DUII drivers. The ride-along showcased the efforts of our DUII grant car, funded by the Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT) and National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA). This state-funded patrol car also responds to other types of calls within the County, assisting JCSO Patrol in keeping our community safe. Deputy McLennan is a member of the JCSO Traffic Team. Their mission is to reduce death, injury, and property damage through traffic safety by focusing on education, enforcement, and environmental design. Oregon Department of Transportation / NHTSA
