Welcome to my channel. Here I am sharing very easy lunchbox recipe of aloo ki sabji & paratha. This dry sabji you can even prepare for office lunchbox. Hope that you will like & try this recipe.

INGREDIENTS FOR ALOO KI SABJI :
Aloo - 1-2 Slices
Black pepper corn, jeera, saunf, whole coriander seeds crush them coarsely.
Spices - turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, salt to taste
INGREDIENTS FOR LAYERS PARATHA :
All Purpose Flour - 2 cups
Salt to taste
Knead the dough softly. Knead it properly cut into slices with the help of cutter apply some ghee & fold into the roll.
Roll the paratha thick.
Cook paratha in a tawa or pan. Apply ghee /butter.
Enjoy the crispy paratha with aloo ki sabzi. *****************************************
