Today we are taking a look at the Stray Dog Strength dual utility roller. I got this attachment to primarily do lat pulldowns and low rows with my monster slinger weight stack. You can run a cable through the unit so that is very useful. I wanted to mimic the capabilities of the darko lifting voodoo because at the time it wasn’t being sold anymore.
