We are deep in the starvation aesthetic era and nobody is really talking about it.

In today's video, we're unpacking the full thing — how we got from the 2016 body positivity movement to the 2024–2026 "skinny is back" wave, the quiet rebrand of diet culture into "wellness," the Ozempic celebrity transformation era, the Pilates Princess pipeline, the "skinny blindness" we're all suffering from, and what this is actually doing to young girls watching it all play out in real time.
