📜 Starch Conversion – 90 Min Cook Method:
Grain to Water Ratio: 1kg grain to 2.5–3L water
Strike Temp: Slightly above 65°C (149°F)
Mash Temp: Hold steady at 65°C for 90 minutes
Starch Test (optional but recommended)
Cool and ferment
