This video is for Leg Development by doing Lunges. Although many people carry dumbbells while doing the lunges, I do it without to focus on balance. This exercise is excellent for overall leg mass and definition. I find it focuses more on my quads then anything but also hits the hamstrings and buttocks.
Crank it in your 50's. It is never too late to reach your fitness goals.
