This is a beginner's routine designed to help you progress from the 8 step, the more traditional 16 step, and then the 24 step (and then beyond!)
This is a Tai Chi form based on the traditional Yang Style Taijiquan, it is created by the Chinese Wushu Association and promoted widely throughout China - I've only seen one other video showing this version, that's why I thought I'd make my own!
This is an excellent routine for beginners and enthusiasts who are looking to Tai Chi as an exercise for health and relaxation, as well as a good workout to combat arthritis, osteoporosis, and other medical conditions.
I also think it's a really fun short form exercise!
