HDPE reducer is commonly used for the connection of two different diameter pipelines, by reduce the pipe size from a larger to a smaller bore (inner diameter). Alternatively, reducer may refer to any fitting which causes a change in pipe diameter. This change may be intended to meet hydraulic flow requirements of the system or adapt to existing piping of a different size. The length of the reduction is usually equal to the average of the larger and smaller pipe diameters.
SUNPLAST can offer HDPE butt fusion reducer in diameters ranging from 50mm to 800mm in SDR11 & SDR17. The HDPE pipe reducer is made of virgin PE100 material, and can fully comply to ISO4427-3,EN12201-3, AS/NZS 4129, EN1555, EN ISO15494 standard.
All HDPE reducer fittings are all injection molded, and suitable for butt fusion. SUNPLAST keeps mass stock in demand for regular sizes, and customers’ urgent demand can be satisfied.
