Samurai Aces/Sengoku Ace was made by Psikyo in 1993 and released for the Arcades same year. It's also the first known shoot'em up game made by Psikyo, you can see a lot of inspiration from Aero Fighters.
Miko is still a small girl, not a busty woman like in sequels. Her airplane is very fast and has homing subweapons made of "cards" which are going through multiple targets, similar to Hien's shurikens from Aero Fighters 2. Her bomb attack has a very long burning time, hovewer it doesn't work instantly, there is a slight delay till it's dropped.
