2 tablespoons of butter
2-3 tablespoons of olive oil
3 bay leaves
4-5 cloves
1 onion diced
2 bouillon cubes
1 cup of soaked rice 2-6hrs
3 chicken drumsticks or thighs (with bone)
2 large carrots in small cubes
I added onions after chicken as the pan i was using burns onions quickly no matter how low i put it so that how i usually saute my onions after i add meat in that pot when i make small batches
But onions should be added first :)
