'MASSIVE' Expansion of Putin's Occupation Army in Ukraine's Donbas!

Putin signs a new decree raising Russia’s authorized force level to 2,391,770 personnel, including 1,502,640 servicemen. This effectively expands the Russian army to nearly 2.4 million. But this is not the kind of expansion that magically produces battalions, artillery crews, or drone operators – and the result is certainly not complex capabilities for manoeuvre warfare. This is more meat for the cannons – more bodies to fight a 19th century war against 21st century tech. This is the Kremlin governing by fear, coercion and optics.
