Pokemon Unbound Insane Fighting Monotype: Major Battles

Описание: Unbound is a pretty great game, well designed difficulty that rewards intelligent switching and utility sets. Unfortunately for me my roulette to decide which type to use ended up on fighting. Unga bunga it is then. I didn't include the battles against the mega trainers this time, partly because they were pretty easy and also because I didn't keep track of where they all were and when they became available to fight. Just let me know if you would like to see them included in possible future runs.

That's not to say fighting has no utility, it has some but much of it is relegated to late/post-game, trick room gallade being the key example. Some of the availability is strange in general in Unbound though, Lucario being available before the first gym but heracross is only in the post-game comes to mind.

Unbound makes fewer changes to pokemon than a hack like Radical Red but of note in this run Machamp getting sturdy+counter is always good against AI. Gallade gets moxie but its moveset is poor early game and later there are better options so I never used it. Crabominable gets gorilla tactics (choice band) and I probably should have used it more.

Run went pretty well outside of a few gimmick fights, lucario was great from start to finish. Infernape into Encore Hawlucha is a tried and true easy sweep combo.
