Описание: The servotube has not encoder as we use analog Halls SIN COS 1Vp-p to commutate and interpolate position. 1um resolution is possible with 12 bit AtoD but the noise may be a bit high so use APV with 16 bit AtoD, otherwise 10um repeatability is fine. +/ 1 a few counts. Accuracy depends on magnet stacking so not same as resolution. The new Copley ARM panel drives all have new SIN COS feature. Th Plus drives have always supported SIN COS.
